How does Quick Create work?

Quick Create helps you create app store screenshots faster by guiding you through app setup, AI captions, raw app UI screenshot upload, style selection and preview.

It is a faster way to create a screenshot set without manually building every screenshot from scratch. After Quick Create generates your screenshots, you can still customise them further in the AppScreens designer.

Start Quick Create

To start:

  1. Click Create screenshots fast on the homepage.

  2. Choose AI Screenshot Creator.

  3. Select an existing app or add a new app.

When you select or add an app, AppScreens gathers useful app information such as app metadata, app icon and brand colours. This helps create screenshots that better match your app.

Generate AI captions

AppScreens can generate AI captions for your screenshots using your app information.

You can review the suggested captions and adjust them before creating your screenshots.

You can:

  • switch between Short and Long captions

  • choose a caption style

  • reorder captions by dragging them into a different order

  • edit or replace captions before continuing

This helps you quickly create a caption flow for your screenshot set.

Upload your raw app UI screenshots

Next, upload the raw app UI screenshots you want to use inside your designs.

You can upload screenshots for:

  • iOS Phone

  • Android Phone

  • iPad

  • Android Tablet

You can drag and drop your raw app UI screenshots into the uploader and change their order before continuing.

The order matters because it helps AppScreens match your raw app UI screenshots with the captions and screenshot layouts.

Choose Quick Create or Customize Template

After adding captions and raw app UI screenshots, choose how you want to create your screenshot set.

Quick Create

Choose Quick Create when you want AppScreens to create a screenshot design quickly.

You can choose style options, preview the result, and then continue editing if needed.

Customize Template

Choose Customize Template when you want to start from a specific AppScreens template.

You can pick a template, preview it with your app content, and then customise it further.

Preview your screenshots

After choosing Quick Create or a template, AppScreens shows a preview of your screenshot set.

Use the preview to check:

  • caption order

  • raw app UI screenshot order

  • template or style choice

  • device layouts

  • overall design

  • whether the screenshots are ready for further editing or export

If something does not look right, go back and adjust your captions, screenshots, style or template.

What can I do after Quick Create?

After previewing your screenshots, you can choose what to do next.

You can:

  • save the screenshot set to Projects

  • take it to Sandbox

  • customise it further in the AppScreens designer

  • upload screenshots to the app stores

  • export image assets

This means Quick Create can be used as a fast starting point, not a final locked design.
