Credentials & Security of Authenticating with the App Stores

As fellow developers, we know the time-consuming hassle of manually updating app store screenshots, especially when dealing with multiple languages. That’s why we created this feature - to save you hours of repetitive work. If you’re managing hundreds of files across different locales, we feel your pain, and we’re here to help you streamline the process.

Given our shared focus on security, we’ve designed this system to be as secure and seamless as possible. As part of this process, please keep in mind the following:

  • Please ensure you follow the steps outlined, and only provide access and permissions as needed, for the Apps you need to upload for.

  • The credentials and files you upload to our system are protected with end-to-end encryption and stored securely using Google Cloud’s Key Management Service (KMS). These credentials are accessed solely by our backend systems to interface with the respective app stores for the purpose of service execution.

  • To further mitigate any potential risk of exposure, these credentials are intentionally not included in any backups and are excluded from all logs. Neither our systems nor Google’s infrastructure retain backups of these credentials.

  • Once uploaded, your credentials are embedded within our system in a manner that prevents retrieval by you or any other user. As a result, they are not recoverable once submitted, and we are unable to restore or retrieve them on your behalf.

By using this service, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. We recommend that you keep a separate, secure backup of your credentials, as they will not be accessible after submission. Use of this service is entirely at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for any loss of credentials or access resulting from this process.
