How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription

1. Log in to your AppScreens account.

2. In the top right-hand corner, click the user dropdown.

3. Select Plan.

4. On the Next Payment line, on the right-hand side, click Cancel.

5. This will open the Stripe account management page.

6. Click Cancel subscription.

7. Confirm the cancellation.

Note: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to prevent automatic renewal. Reminder emails are sent 7 days before renewal to the email address associated with your payment method via Stripe, so you can confirm the upcoming payment and cancel auto-renewal at any time before renewal.
