How do I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds.

Because AppScreens is a SaaS product, Pro/Scale features become available immediately after purchase. This includes the ability to generate screenshots, which carry production and hosting costs for us.

You can try AppScreens for free before subscribing, so you can explore the product before choosing a paid plan. You only need to purchase a plan when you are ready to download or upload your completed screenshots.

We also do not offer refunds for subscription renewals if the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date. To avoid renewal, subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

To make this as fair as possible, we send a reminder email 7 days before renewal to the email address linked to your payment method via Stripe. This gives you the opportunity to review the upcoming charge and cancel auto-renewal before payment is taken.

At checkout, Stripe clearly states that the purchase is a subscription, billed monthly/yearly for a 1-month or 1-year term, and that it can be cancelled at any time.

If you do not expect to need AppScreens in a year's time, we recommend cancelling auto-renewal after subscribing. You will continue to have access to your Pro account until your subscription end date.
