Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our SaaS tool, as soon as you have pro access, you can use our premium features & generate screenshots which cost us money to produce and serve. Due to this we do not offer refunds.

You can test AppScreens capabilities for free so you can try before you buy and only select a plan when you are looking to download your completed screenshots. 
 
In addition to the reasons above, if you have an active subscription which you forget to cancel before your renewal date, we will not offer a refund. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
 
We try to do run renewals as fairly as possible and in order to give people time to cancel, we send an email reminder 7 days before the renewal to your payment address (via Stripe) to confirm the upcoming payment and allow you to cancel the auto-renewal at any point.
 
When subscribing, the Stripe Checkout page makes it clear that this is a "Subscription" for "1 year", "Billed yearly" and that it can be cancelled at any time. 
 
If you're unsure if you will need to use AppScreens in a years time, we recommend cancelling your renewal straight away, you will still have access to your pro account until your subscription end date.
